ope Francis visited an Armenian church that was destroyed in Mosul, Iraq. This was reported by Ines San Martin, head of the Catholic online newspaper Crux.
“Before leaving Mosul, Pope Francis made a private visit to the destroyed Syriac Orthodox and the Armenian churches,” San Martin wrote on Twitter.
The Pope’s and the West’s failures to do anything about Turkey’s support of ISIS and other terrorists (including their use in the 44 day war) has a lot to do with this kind of destruction in the Middle East.
And, of course, there is always the Jewish lobby and Israel’s role in this destruction by encouraging American wars.
American men and women, and Christians in the Middle East, die involuntarily in wars fought on Israel’s behalf.
Israel believes that the Christian world owes this to Jews.
And American politicians are too afraid to say anything.
