The village of Talish near Martakert in Nagorno Karabakh was the scene of the “four-day war” of last April. Invaded by the Azeris and then repulsed by the Armenians, the village of Talish strongly destroyed by the Azeri shots is since April last abandoned by the majority of its inhabitants. Populated by the Armenian military and a few dozens of inhabitants who try to resume the course of their lives. Bako Sahakian the President of the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh visited the village of Talish yesterday 31 December to attend the end of year celebrations. He met the inhabitants and the soldiers there. Then he took part in the party around trimmed tables.
