History! The national team of Armenia soccer is 30th in the latest FIFA rankings (International Football Federation), up 8 places from last ranking. This is the first time since the creation of the Football Federation of Armenia the Armenian national team in this position. Until last ranking, the best position of Armenia was in 34th place. Spain is in the lead, followed by Germany, Argentina and Portugal. Italy is the 8th and 9th Brazil. Russia is 22. Finally Turkey 42nd, the 93rd Azerbaijan and Georgia 103.
