YEREVAN. – The Ministry of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situations of Armenia established contact, on Sunday at 6:50pm, with Lieutenant Colonel Manshukin of the crisis management center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia.
Manshukin informed that a small plane and a helicopter had collided in mid-air for yet unknown reasons on August 8 at 9:16pm, and nearby a reservoir in the Moscow Oblast (province).
According to preliminary data, the pilot plus Armenians E., 8, and O., 10, Gelchyan as well as L., 25, and P., 26, Manukyan were in the aircraft.
The Ambassador of Armenian to Russia, Oleg Yesayan, has been informed about this incident.
