SAN FRANCISCO—Comcast Cable “Newsmakers” California network broadcast is featuring an interview with Genocide Education Project (GenEd) board member, Roxanne Makasdjian, about GenEd’s efforts to promote instruction on the Armenian Genocide in schools. In the four and a half minute interview, veteran Bay Area television anchorwoman, Barbara Rogers and Makasdjian discuss the history of the Armenian Genocide, why so many haven’t learned about it, and the services offered by GenEd to help teachers incorporate lessons on the Armenian Genocide into their classrooms.
