Memory and Justice! One hundred years after the genocide perpetrated by the Turkish government, our duty is to keep intact these two components still needed today. First, this memory transmission duty arises to successive generations as both a teaching and a way of interpreting the world today with the experiences of the past. The crime is still unpunished and denied by the current Turkish state, history paper becomes a moral imperative and a requirement of justice, so repairs.
These are the axes defined by the CFC Mission 2015 I had the privilege of driving because the road map that we had set was certainly programming ceremonies and events to be held in 2015 throughout France, but also articulation with the legitimate demands of a people whose wounds are closed, the dead have yet burial and whose history, memory, culture, property, land has been systematically destroyed in Under the first genocide of the 20th century.
Such work can not be achieved with a spirit of unity and a willingness to share, it should pay tribute to our common good, the CFC, to all organizations which are members for wearing, since October 2012, the work of the Mission 2015. Honour also all forces, organizations, intellectuals, scholars, and ordinary citizens who have made every effort to harmonize and pool programming tools and methods. Honour finally the President of the Republic, relevant ministries, parliamentarians and local authorities, to thank also for their unfailing mobilization for 2015 is organized with dignity and respect due to the victims of genocide and duties which are those of our society.
This preliminary program is regularly enriched with new initiatives in the most remote corners of our country and watch any were needed of the importance of the period we are about to experience from January 2015 to maintain the flame not only the ashes like what Jaurès said speaking of the transmission.
