YEREVAN. – The representatives of four non-coalition parliamentary factions on Thursday held a special session of the counting commission.
The representatives of ruling coalition –Republican Party of Armenia and Orinats Yerkir – did not participate in the meeting.
The counting commission discussed results of the vote on agreement providing for sale of 20% of ArmRusgazprom shares to Gazprom.
The members of commission – ARF Dashnaktsutyun MP Artsvik Minasyan, Prosperous Armenia MP Tigran Urikhanyan, ANC MP Lyudmila Sargsyan and Heritage MP Tevan Poghosyan – made a draft decision, according to which recognized the vote invalid. Non-coalition parliamentary forces will petition to the Constitutional Court.
Lyudmila Sargsyan was elected the new chairman of the counting commission.
The decisions and results of the vote will be submitted to National Assembly speaker Hovik Abrahamyan.
