Turkish well-known singer urges to participate in commemoration of Genocide victims

Turkish well-known singer Nihat Dogan has stated about his intention to participate in the event dedicated to the victims of what he said “Meds Yeghern” on April 24 in Istanbul Taksim square.

In an interview to Turkish Taraf paper, he said there is no need to be afraid of Lynch trial.

“Violence is a violence. If we go and if we are not afraid of being set ablaze many dark issues will come up. That is why I think that for the sake of humanity, for the sake of justice we all must be there,” he said.
