YEREVAN. – President Serzh Sargsyan on Tuesday received a delegation, led by Greek Minister of National Defence Dimitris Avramopoulos, which is in Armenia on an official visit.
The interlocutors underscored the friendly Armenian-Greek relations and gave a high assessment to cooperation in numerous domains, informs the Press Office of the President.
Sargsyan and Avramopoulos also highlighted the two countries’ similar outlook on a variety of international matters and their collaboration within international organizations.
They shared the view that the potential of cooperation between Armenia and Greece is greater than what is currently used, and this means it is indispensable to increase efforts to deepen this cooperation further.
Armenia’s president and Greece’s minister of national defence also reflected on regional issues and challenges.
