The White House has imposed sanctions against seven Russian officials the day after referendum in Crimea.
The Treasury Department also imposed sanctions of four Ukrainians, including Viktor Yanukovych, AP reported.
According to official data, the voter turnout in Crimea referendum was 82.71 percent, and 96.6 percent of those who participated in the referendum expressed support for Crimea’s joining Russia.
