Three Turkish construction workers were injured during a rocket attack on the Turkish Embassy in the Somali capital of Mogadishu on April 10.
Rockets were fired at the embassy, which is currently under construction. The Turkish ambassador to Somalia, Kani Torun said no organization has been linked with the attack.
Another building in front of the Turkish Embassy in Mogadishu was attacked in July last year. The attack killed one Turkish police officer and injured three people.
The injured Turkish nationals, Muhammed Yakup Saraç, 25, Recep Keskin, 51, and Necdet Adsız, 52, were brought to the Turkish capital of Ankara via air ambulance April 11 and transferred to Atatürk Training and Research Hospital.
The father of Saraç, who made a statement to the press in front of the hospital, thanked Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan for transferring his son from Somali.
