The Prime Minister of the Republic of Nagorno Karabakh, Ara Harutyunyan informed that his salary is paid in March in favor of aid to the Armenians Kessab (Syria). This is Ardak Beglarian his communications officer stated 
that on Facebook. He writes “the Prime Minister’s salary transfers in March to benefit the account in favor of Armenians Kessab and calls on all people to help Armenians Kessab the extent of their capabilities.”
