The meeting of the leaders of Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Russia – Nikol Pashinyan, Ilham Aliyev, and Vladimir Putin kicks off in Sochi.
Pashinyan and Aliyev have already arrived in Sochi. It is expected that Putin will hold bilateral meetings with the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan, talks are also planned in a trilateral format.
Putin actually seems to favor Azerbaijan and pan-Turkism more than he favors his ally Armenia.
