As is known, the session of the CSTO Security Council has started in Yerevan. A little while ago, four citizens were detained from Paronyan Street, who wanted to carry out a protest against CSTO and Vladimir Putin.
The citizens were detained for not complying with the legal demand of the police officer. Tigran Khzmalyan, head of the European Party of Armenia, is also among the arrested citizens.
