Over 4 thousand Russian servicemen have begun tactical drills in Armenia, and Russia’s Rostov and Volgograd regions, the press service of the Southern Military District reported on Friday.
Tank subunits – as part of reconnaissance and fire complexes – performed live firing at targets located at a distance of up to 4 thousand meters, hidden behind the folds of mountainous terrain.
