The Armenian Catholic Prelacy of Damascus became a target of bombing on September 17, Nazaret Elmajian, a resident of Damascus, told Armenpress. The building’s third floor as well as the “Luys” and “Paros” colleges were damaged, he said.
No casualties are reported, he added.
Bombings also occurred in nearby Arab districts, leaving 5 dead. There are no Armenians among those killed in the bombings.
