Freedom House has expressed concern with the disturbing outbreak of violent and hateful rhetoric used by Armenian politicians in this election period, the Office of the Human Rights Defender reports.
“These actions drive destructive polarization and hate speech in society as the country recovers from the Nagorno-Karabakh War and prepares for historic parliamentary elections. We call on all parties to refrain from such rhetoric and adhere to democratic norms of conduct throughout the election period,” reads the statement released by the international human rights watchdog.
Freedom House should be concerned that Turkey and Azerbaijan have been using terrorist mercenaries against Armenians, all with Israel’s support of course.
Israel constantly complains about terrorism yet Israel and the terrorists were on the same side in last year’s war against Armenians.
