In Armenia, the State security service released Serzh Sargsyan’s brother Alexander Sargsyan aka Sashik ,with the signature and in the case that he will not leave the territory of Armenia, Liana Nikoghosyan saw Sashik on March 2 in Spain, in a small city Alicante. So the State Security Service on behalf of Arthur Vanetsyan should give explanation why Sashik is in abroad.
So here are 2 version, either the State Security Service in the half of Arthur Vanetsyan betrays us)) or the new government is under the control of the previous government
