By the decision of Armenian dictator Armenia Security Council chief dismissed

By the decision of acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Armen Grigoryan has been relieved of the post of Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia.

And by another decision of Pashinyan, Grigoryan has been appointed First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.
