The First President of Armenia, Levon Ter-Petrosyan, went on Facebook and posted one of his previously mentioned thoughts.
“One should not engage in self-deception and, especially, deceive the people. People should know the price they will pay for the policy pursued by the authorities,” Ter-Petrosyan noted.
