Azerbaijan once again violated the ceasefire agreement reached in Moscow for humanitarian purposes. This was reported by the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) State Emergency Situations Service.
“[Artsakh capital] Stepanakert was shelled minutes ago; the target is the civil infrastructure.
“Fortunately, there are no casualties and injuries,” the Service added
