Women Entrepreneurs Week kicked off in Armenia on Monday. It has been organized by the Armenian Young Women’s Association and the Women Entrepreneurs Network of Armenia.
Armenian National Assembly Deputy Speaker Hermine Naghdalyan said at the opening of the event that they have a good opportunity to communicate, be informed about achievements and changes, as well as raise the problems faced by women entrepreneurs.
Women Entrepreneurs Week has brought together parliamentarians, cabinet members, representatives of NGOs, state agencies, business communities from France, Russia, Italy, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Monaco, Iran, as well as representatives of the EU, IMF, EBRD and Asian Development Bank.
An international conference, an exhibition and a number of other events will be held within the framework of Women Entrepreneurs Week.
