YEREVAN. – Acting Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said he cannot comment on the dismissal of former Artsakh Defense Minister Levon Mnatsakanyan by virtue of circumstances.
However, he added that the concerns over the impact that changes might have on the combat readiness of the Artsakh army “are very bad remarks addressed to our army”.
There must be a reason why Pashinyan dismissed him.
Why not revealing the causes. Is Pashinyan hiding something?
