BREAKING: The International Court of Justice of the United Nations orders provisional measures against Azerbaijan.

November 17, 2023 By administrator

BREAKING: The International Court of Justice of the United Nations orders provisional measures against Azerbaijan. Armenia submitted the claim on September 28, during the forced displacement of Armenians from Artsakh.

Azerbaijan’s Foreign Ministry already commented on the verdict, stating “We commit ourselves to fulfill these commitments and focus on building a peaceful and prosperous region.” According to the verdict, Azerbaijan is obligated to ensure the safe, unimpeded, and expeditious return of the persons who have left Artsakh after 19 September 2023 and who wish to return to Artsakh.

Furthermore, Azerbaijan is mandated to ensure a safe and swift departure for those who opted to remain in Artsakh after the forced displacement and now wish to leave. Azerbaijan is tasked with safeguarding individuals who choose to stay in Artsakh post-September 19, 2023, or return, ensuring their freedom from coercion or threats. The decision necessitates Azerbaijan to comply with its obligations outlined in the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination.

This involves safeguarding registration, identity, and property documents, acknowledging them as foundational in administrative and legislative practices. Azerbaijan must submit a report to the Court within 8 weeks of the decision being published. This report should outline the planned measures for carrying out these temporary directives. This legal action falls under the ‘Armenia vs. Azerbaijan’ case based on the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination.

Armenia: The Judge & The Jury, out of 368 judges elected before the 2018 Velvet Color Coup, only 14 remain in office. All regime loyalists

November 15, 2023 By administrator

Ara Krikorian,

What the #West did to #Armenia – and, by extension, #Artsakh – will definitely be (or already is) a Langley case study for how effective it was to leverage and weaponize Soft Power.

Just this week, it was clear that out of 368 judges elected before the 2018 Velvet Color Coup, only 14 remain in office. The judiciary has been completely culled and replaced with regime loyalists. This is the same culling and replacement as Armenia’s military, diplomatic corp, and education system saw. For over a decade before Velvet, foreign-funded media, NGOs, and their local jackals in Armenia constantly droned on about #corruption and framed everything as if the average Armenian would become an overnight millionaire and Armenia would become Switzerland if it weren’t for its government and #Russia. Before 2018, Armenia had a burgeoning #democracy and economy – especially compared to its post-Soviet peers and region, but these groups consistently demeaned it. Neither the exaggerated, excessive, and usually fabricated claims about corruption, outright defamation against leaders and institutions, nor the discrediting of its democracy were substantiated – they didn’t need to; if every English-language media company and unqualified talking head with a steady paycheck said so, it just had to be true. There is a beautiful Armenian word that I believe describes our people perfectly, “օտարամոլ”. This translates to xenomaniacal. From

@RFERL‘s own

@azatutyunradio, to

@CivilNetTV,

@evn_report, and

@Hetq_Trace, Armenians gobbled up what they assumed was credible information from foreign sources, while ignoring their actual educated and qualified experts, who were systematically dismissed, maligned, and undermined. These methods were not unique to Armenia, they have been used by the West and their local mercenaries to compromise and lay the groundwork for every Color Revolution before – but Armenia had many examples to learn from and avoid the same detrimental path. Today, we ignore and/or make excuses for the rampant

@civilcontractam corruption and their police state. Every day that

@NikolPashinyan clings to power, which has produced a new low and nightmare situation that doesn’t seem to end. We must end the foreign occupation of Armenia. Now, not later.

BREAKING: Ogun Samast, the Turkish assassin of Agos Newspaper’s Editor-in-Chief, Hrant Dink, released

November 15, 2023 By administrator

BREAKING: In a turn of events, Ogun Samast, the individual responsible for the assassination of Agos Newspaper’s Editor-in-Chief, Hrant Dink, in a heinous attack on January 19, 2007, has been released from Bolu F-Type prison. Samast, who was 17 years old at the time of the murder, was apprehended at Samsun bus station on January 20, 2007, and subsequently sentenced.

Today, on November 16, 2023, Ogun Samast walked free from Bolu prison at 19:50 local time. He had been serving a prison sentence since January 24, 2007, when he was transferred from Kandira prison. This release comes after 16 years and 10 months of incarceration. The decision to release Samast was made based on “good behavior” during his time in prison. The prison administration had closely monitored his personal development, noting that he was “observed to be in good health.” As a result, he was found eligible for conditional release, a decision that was taken approximately one year ago during the trial phase of his sentence. This development has reignited public debate about the justice system and the rehabilitation of juvenile offenders, as Ogun Samast’s release continues to evoke strong emotions and discussions within society.

Now that Turkish Agent Pashinyan fulfilled Turkish Dream, Erdogan says Armenians learn a lesson Israel should too.

November 15, 2023 By administrator

Armenia “learned the lesson of the Karabakh war and got smarter.” This was announced by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, as he drew parallels with the current war between Israel and Hamas.

According to him, “Armenia dreamed about our territories” for many years.

“[But] it learned the lesson of the Karabakh war and got smarter. Now the leaders of Israel have started to express such delusions. Don’t get excited, they are in for a disappointment, just like many other dreamers over the millennia,” said the Turkish president.

CSI calls for U.S. action to prevent a new Armenian Genocide

November 9, 2023 By administrator

Says it is not too late to combat the malign influence of Azerbaijan and Turkey

Christian Solidarity International (CSI) is urging the United States to put its words into action and call the perpetrators of ethnic cleansing in Nagorno Karabakh to account.

In a letter to President Joe Biden dated November 9, CSI International President Dr. John Eibner says it is time for the U.S. to stand up for the Christian people of Armenia who are existentially threatened by the aggressive authoritarian regimes in Azerbaijan and Turkey.

Referencing President Biden’s Oval Office speech on October 20 pledging support to the endangered peoples of Israel, Ukraine and Taiwan, Eibner reminds the president that the Armenian people, and specifically the 120,000 Armenian Christians of Nagorno Karabakh, are still waiting for “constructive American action to stop an ongoing process of genocide” against them.

Last September, Azerbaijan, openly supported by Turkey, finally achieved its goal of ethnically and religiously cleansing the Caucasus region of Nagorno Karabakh of its Armenian Christian population following a nine-month blockade. “In doing so, Azerbaijan and Turkey reached another milestone in the historic process of the Armenian Genocide,” writes Eibner.

CSI’s international president recalls that, speaking on behalf of the administration only five days before Azerbaijan’s military assault, Acting Assistant Secretary of State Yuri Kim informed the Senate Foreign Relations Committee: “The United States will not countenance any action or effort—short-term or long-term—to ethnically cleanse or commit other atrocities against the Armenian population of Nagorno-Karabakh.”

Yet this is exactly what has happened, says Eibner. “Your administration did not act in defense of the fundamental human rights of the people of Nagorno Karabakh. Instead, it sacrificed them as valueless expendables in the context of the United States’ geopolitical power struggle for ascendancy in the South Caucasus.”

In her Congressional testimony, Kim identified the powers whose influence the Biden administration is dedicated to combat: Russia, China and Iran. But she failed to mention Azerbaijan and Turkey – the neo-Ottoman political, military, and economic constellation behind the ethnic/religious cleansing in Nagorno Karabakh.

Having met with no challenge from the U.S., Azerbaijan and Turkey have now fixed their sights on the Republic of Armenia, whose people are increasingly anxious about their own future, states Eibner.

“A reorientation of American policy to combat the malign influence of Azerbaijan and Turkey is overdue. But it is not too late,” he writes, and urges the U.S. to action.

The required action includes pressing for a UN Security Council Resolution calling for the establishment of a secure environment in which refugees and displaced persons can return to Nagorno Karabakh in safety, the international civil presence can operate, a transitional administration can be established, and humanitarian aid can be delivered.

The U.S. must simultaneously impose severe sanctions against the architects and other enablers of Azerbaijan’s religious/ethnic cleansing of Nagorno Karabakh; call for the suspension of Azerbaijan’s membership of NATO’s “Partnership for Peace Program”; and halt all US military aid to Azerbaijan.

The U.S. has the capacity to prevent further genocide in the region, Eibner concludes. “All that is required is the will on your part to lead. The power and prestige of the United States as an upholder of a rules-based world order, anchored in the UN Charter and the international human rights instruments, will be enhanced by such a display of leadership.”

FBI Investigates Links Between NYC Mayor’s Campaign and Turkey

November 6, 2023 By administrator

By Harut Sassounian,

Mayor of New York City Eric Adams seems to have a special affinity for Azerbaijan and Turkey. We will soon find out if that special relationship has overstepped the bounds of legality.

A year ago, I wrote an article about Mayor Adams who notoriously had declared: “After I retire from government, I’m going to live in Baku.”

The New York Daily News published an article in 2021 under the title: “NYC mayoral candidate Eric Adams accepted foreign travel to countries with a history of corruption.” The article disclosed that “Brooklyn Borough President Eric Adams has accepted thousands of dollars in travel and other perks from China, Turkey and Azerbaijan, three countries with a well-documented history of suppressing their citizens.”

Adams recently acknowledged that he had traveled to Turkey eight times. In August 2023, he boasted during a Turkish flag-raising ceremony in Manhattan that there were probably no other mayors in New York City history who had visited Turkey as frequently as he has. In August 2015, the Turkish government paid thousands of dollars for then-Brooklyn Borough president Adams to visit Turkey for six days where he signed a sister city agreement with Istanbul’s Uskudar district. The Turkish consulate paid up to $4,999 for his airfare, hotel stay and ground transportation, according to Adams’ disclosure with the city’s Conflicts of Interest Board (COIB). The New York Daily News reported that in 2016, “Azerbaijan’s tourism ministry paid up to $4,999 for Adams to visit its capital Baku for four days, according to the borough president’s COIB disclosure.” Adams has held fundraising events for his campaign in the Azeri and Turkish restaurants Baku Palace and Ali Baba in New York City. On Sept. 19, 2023, Mayor Adams attended an event hosted by President Erdogan’s wife Emine at the Turkish House in New York City.

Last Thursday, 10 FBI agents raided the home of the Mayor’s chief fundraiser, Brianna Suggs, to investigate “whether Mayor Eric Adams’s 2021 election campaign conspired with the Turkish government to receive illegal foreign donations, according to a search warrant obtained by The New York Times.” The 2025 reelection campaign of Adams paid Suggs’ company nearly $100,000 for fund-raising and campaign consulting services.

“Investigators sought to learn more about the potential involvement of a Brooklyn construction company with ties to Turkey, as well as a small university in Washington, D.C., that also has ties to the country and to Mr. Adams,” the NYT reported. “According to the search warrant, investigators were also focused on whether the mayor’s campaign kicked back benefits to the [KSK] construction company’s officials and employees, and to Turkish officials.” The City news website reported that 84 donors, most of them employees of KSK Construction Group, whose founders are from Turkey, had contributed over $69,000 to the Mayor’s campaign. However, “multiple people listed in Adams 2021 campaign donation records as KSK employees either said they did not donate to Eric Adams or refused to state whether they had ever donated,” The City reported.

During last Thursday’s raid, the FBI searched for records of travel to Turkey and documents linking the government of that country and its intermediaries to the Adams campaign, seizing three iPhones, two computers and various files from Suggs’ home. Investigators also sought documents regarding Bay Atlantic University, a Turkish-owned university in Washington, D.C. that opened in 2014. In 2015, Adams “visited one of the school’s sister universities in Istanbul, where he was given various certificates and was told that a scholarship would be created in his name,” according to the NYT.

Last Thursday, the New York City Mayor, who had traveled to Washington, D.C. for meetings with Senior White House, Members of Congress and other mayors, abruptly cancelled his meetings and returned back to New York City the same day as the FBI raid.

The NYT reported: “The [search] warrant suggested that some of the foreign campaign contributions were made as part of a straw donor scheme, where donations are made in the names of people who did not actually give money. Investigators sought evidence to support potential charges that included the theft of federal funds and conspiracy to steal federal funds, wire fraud and wire fraud conspiracy, as well as campaign contributions by foreign nationals and conspiracy to make such contributions.”

In July, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg indicted seven individuals who fundraised for the Mayor’s 2021 campaign on multiple counts, including conspiracy and bribe-taking and conspiracy to funnel illegal donations, according to the NYT.

The FBI investigation has not targeted Adams personally. He said that he “had no clear knowledge, direct or indirect, of any improper fundraising activity — and certainly not of any foreign money.”

But if it is proven that he had conspired with the Turkish government to receive illegal campaign funds, the Mayor may have to retire in Baku or Istanbul much earlier than he expected.

US presidential nominee Vivek Ramaswamy says Ethnic cleansing in Karabakh received ‘pin-drop silence’ by American media, Video

October 31, 2023 By administrator

Entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy, who has nominated his candidacy in the US presidential elections, has expressed his indignation that the American media selectively covered the wars going on in different parts of the world and did not cover the Armenian ethnic cleansing carried out by Azerbaijan in Nagorno-Karabakh. Ramaswamy’s interview.

Source: https://www.facebook.com/100010165424378/videos/2091937501179848/

“How many hours of your show—or minutes or seconds—have you dedicated to what Azerbaijan has done to Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh?… Zero is probably the answer,” said Ramaswamy, noting that many media outlets have done the same.

He noted that Azerbaijan’s actions against Armenians in September, when ethnic cleansing took place in Nagorno-Karabakh, were met with “pin-drop silence.”

In terms of Russia’s military operations in Ukraine, Vivek Ramaswamy stated that if the US supports Ukraine, it should have intervened in “ten other conflicts” right now.

According to Vivek Ramaswamy, there is no reference to the conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan because the mass media believes that it will not receive attention.

In a recent exclusive interview with Artsakh Public Television, Samvel Shahramanyan, the President of the Republic of Artsakh

October 28, 2023 By administrator

In a recent exclusive interview with Artsakh Public Television, Samvel Shahramanyan, the President of the Republic of Artsakh, shed light on the significant developments and negotiations that unfolded in Artsakh during September.

President Shahramanyan disclosed that Armenian authorities were well-informed about the agreement’s content and actively engaged in discussions.

The President recounted the challenging situation when the Azerbaijani military was in close proximity to Stepanakert. This prompted the initiation of negotiations aimed at halting the military operation. He had to establish direct contact with high-ranking Azerbaijani representatives, whom he was familiar with previously. After extensive negotiations, on September 20, an agreement calling for a cessation of military operation was accepted, which included provisions for the dissolution of the Armed Forces, the surrender of weapons, and the scheduling of a meeting in Yevlakh.

The President emphasized that leaving Artsakh with heavy military equipment/weaponry via the Azerbaijani checkpoint on the Berdzor (Lachin) Corridor and the Azerbaijani base was an unacceptable option for Azerbaijan. So, it was decided to transfer the weaponry to the Russian side for destruction. The President addressed the significant casualties resulting from the Stepanakert explosion, attributing them to the fact that many individuals sought refuge in a restricted depot of the Artsakh Defense Army where the explosion occurred. Basic safety protocols were not adhered to in that location. They took the gasoline from the depot by themselves. A criminal case has been initiated. President Shahramanyan concluded the interview by emphasizing their primary agenda: engaging in negotiations aimed at enabling the people of Artsakh to return to their homeland. He underlined the importance of initiating discussions about Artsakh’s status and the safe return of its residents, a matter of interest for various world political centers, and even Azerbaijan, as the international community holds Baku accountable for the forced displacement of Artsakh Armenians.

Everyone now loves Armenia after defeating and throwing 120,000 Artsakhsi into the refugee camp

October 27, 2023 By administrator

In 2004, Hungary committed a dual offense by extraditing an Armenian individual to Azerbaijan. This person, who was an Azerbaijani army officer, had brutally killed a sleeping Armenian colleague in Budapest.

During his visit to Armenia on Friday to solidify bilateral relations, Hungary’s foreign minister did not refute allegations that Hungary obstructed a collective condemnation of Azerbaijan’s recent military actions in Nagorno-Karabakh by European Union member states.

This conduct is characteristic of the current Armenian government, which is often criticized for its perceived corruption and for maintaining friendly relations with countries that are considered adversaries of Armenia, such as Azerbaijan, Turkey, and Hungary.

Szijjarto’s visit came one month after the Azerbaijani offensive that restored Baku’s full control over Karabakh and forced its entire ethnic Armenian population to flee to Armenia.
