The Constitutional Court on Monday rejected the parliament-approved bill calling for measures to suspend the authorities of its chairman, Hrayr Tovmasyan.
The procedural decision will be published within timeframes prescribed by the legislation.
The bill, proposed by lawmakers of the ruling My Step alliance, was overwhelmingly adopted by the National Assembly on October 4.
