Syria gas attack false flag organized by UK spy services: Russia

Syria gas attack false flag

Russia says it has “irrefutable” evidence that a recent suspected chemical attack in the Damascus suburb town of Douma, which was used as a pretext for missile strikes against Syria, was a “false flag” operation orchestrated by British spy services.

Russia’s Representative at the Organisation for Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) Alexander Shulgin made the remarks during a meeting of the organization’s executive council in The Hague on Monday.

“We have not just a ‘high level of confidence,’ as our Western partners uniformly put it; we have irrefutable proof that there was no chemical attack in Douma on April 7,” Shulgin said, describing the incident as a “pre-planned false flag attack by the British security services, which could have also been aided by their allies in Washington.”

The Western countries rushed to blame the Douma incident on the Syrian government, but Damascus strongly rejected the accusation as fabrications meant to halt the advanced made by pro-government forces against terrorists.

Syria has rejected any involvement in the suspected attack. It surrendered its chemical stockpile in 2013 to a mission led by the OPCW and the UN.

On April 14, the US, Britain and France launched a coordinated missile attack against sites and research facilities near Damascus and Homs with the purported goal of paralyzing the Syrian government’s capability to produce chemicals.

Syrian air defenses shot down a significant number of the more than 100 missiles fired at the country in violation of international law and the UN Charter.

Elsewhere in his remarks, the Russian official accused Washington of playing “first fiddle” in the Douma incident based on a “pre-written scenario.”

The alleged chemical attack in Douma was staged by “pseudo-humanitarian NGOs,” which are under the patronage of the Syrian government’s foreign adversaries, he added.

Shulgin also stressed that Russian military specialists had found “not a single piece of evidence” substantiating the Western claims about the Douma incident.

The Syrian government had absolutely no reason to conduct a gas attack on Douma when the city was already almost liberated from the grip of militants, and thus the anti-Damascus accusations look “absurd,” he added.

The Russian official further denounced the tripartite April 14 “military aggression” on Syria, saying “this crime can be by no means justified.”

Washington, London and Paris “are playing the hypocrite as they pretend to be the defenders of the international law. In fact, however, no one except for their allies… has any doubts that the major threat to the world comes from these ‘leaders’ of the Western [political] camp,” he pointed out.

“In fact, if they say they bombed a storehouse with chemical weapons and there are no traces of chemical contamination, that proves the fact that their version of secret chemical stockpiles in hands of the Syrian governmental forces has been obviously made up,” Shulgin said.

He also concluded that the US and its allies are not interested in a real investigation into the alleged Douma gas attack.

Patients have ‘no symptoms of chemical poisoning’

Meanwhile, an intern medic at a Douma hospital stressed that no symptoms of chemical poisoning were found in the patients brought in after the alleged attack.

Marwan Jaber said that following the Douma incident, a group of unidentified people came to the hospital and started to spread panic about a chemical attack.

“Some injured people and unidentified personnel stormed in, spreading message of a chemical attack. People were terrified and a panic was triggered. We diagnosed them, there were no related symptoms,” he said.

OPCW rejects Iran-Russia motion on Douma probe

Additionally on Monday, the OPCW refused to vote for a draft resolution, initiated by Russia and Iran, which called for an investigation into the Douma incident.

Shulgin denounced the Western countries’ objection to “the consensus document,” saying, “It was funny to see how the representative of the United States was trying to find a single slightest excuse to reject our draft.”

The draft resolution underlined “the necessity of finding all the facts” regarding the Douma incident, called on all OPCW member states to provide proper security conditions for the watchdog’s experts on the ground, and tasked the head of the OPCW’s technical committee with playing an active role in ensuring successful work of the mission.

Istanbul Terror Attack Another Davutoglu False-Flag operation to amend Relation with Israel

March 21, 2016 By administrator

1036686504Terrorism is Turkish favorite tools for establishing relation.

A terrorist attack which killed three Israelis forced Turkey and Israel to talk despite severed ties, but will that be enough to create momentum toward reconciliation?

Turkey’s rift with Russia over the Syrian conflict left Israel having to choose between Putin and Erdogan when it comes to forming major regional partnerships.

A Daesh suicide attack in Turkey’s Istanbul, which killed three Israeli tourists and one Iranian, among others, forced the two countries, which do not have formal relations, to talk, at least when it came to mutual offers of condolences. A week before that, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu condemned a terrorist attack in Ankara in a rare statement, as Netanyahu previously refrained from comments on attacks in Turkish cities.

“What we saw from the Turkish officials was the good will [in the aftermath of attack]. It was very clear. We can use this for widening the volume of our relations,” an Israeli diplomatic source told Turkish media.

Whether the tragedy could be enough to improve ties, the mood may be different in Jerusalem, as Israeli political analyst Ben Caspit wrote in his column for Al-Monitor.

“The Turkish tyrant is viewed in Jerusalem as a lost cause. The Israeli-Turkish military alliance will not be renewed so long as Erdogan’s party remains in power, and Jerusalem has no illusions,” Caspit wrote.

When it comes to normalization of ties, there does not appear to be much of a push, however. The two countries’ demands toward each other, from Turkey’s request to lift the blockade of Gaza, to Israel’s demand to boot Hamas from Turkey, outweigh the benefits of fully restored ties.

“Why do we need to pay the price and give in to Turkey’s demands to improve ties, given the country’s current volatile state?” Turkey expert at Israel’s Bar-Ilan University Efrat Aviv said, cited by the Times of Israel.

Turkey’s instability therefore remains a prime concern for Israeli diplomats and policy makers, as Turkey’s descent into terror has made Israeli policy makers doubtful that any long-term compromise could be reached at this point. The terror attacks, as well, could sever existing economic ties, as Israel warns its citizens away from visiting Turkey.

Turkish PM Davutoglu #8 False Flag operation “Ankara blast”

February 21, 2016 By administrator

ankara-blastMost recently, Syrian Kurds with Russian air support have made significant advances north of Aleppo, changing the power balance in Syria against Turkey. The YPG has also raised the hackles of the Turkish government by capturing the strategic Menagh air base from opposition elements, triggering intense Turkish shelling of the Syrian town of Azaz.

Turkey’s shelling of YPG targets was so effective that the UN Security Council felt obliged to express concern about Turkey’s actions. Also, the US State Department, France and European Union foreign affairs chief Federica Mogherini have all called on Turkey to stop.

Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu was startlingly quick to blame the YPG. Less than half a day after the blast, Davutoglu announced the alleged assailant’s name as Saleh Najjar, a Syrian Kurd and alleged YPG member who had been in Turkey since July 2014, when he entered as a refugee.

The revelation was somewhat bizarre. Turkey’s security establishment, while unable to prevent the massive terrorist attack, was able to identify the suspect with stunning speed.

The rhetoric Davutoglu used while announcing the identity of the alleged bomber and blaming the YPG without question gave the impression that the Turkish government was trying to use the terrorist attack to legitimize its actions against the PYD/YPG in Syria.

On the morning of the blast, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan of the Justice and Development Party (AKP) again lashed out at the US administration, calling on it to decide who its ally is in this conflict, Turkey or the “terrorist” PYD/YPG.

Immediately after blaming the YPG for the attack, Davutoglu said, “After this, we hope our allies will see the YPG as the extension of the terrorist organization PKK. … Those who see an organization that is the enemy of Turkey as friendly will lose Turkey’s friendship.”

It took less than an hour for PYD leader Salih Muslim to reject Davutoglu’s claims. Muslim told international news agencies that his organization has no member by that name.

“The bomb might have been exploded to provoke military intervention in Syria. The bombing is part of the aggression started by the AKP. The AKP wants to complete its series of aggressions with a military intervention in Syria,” Muslim told Istanbul-based independent news website T24.

The YPG also denied the allegation, issuing a communiqué the same day. The group reiterated that it has never engaged in any military operation in any neighboring country or against anyone except terrorist groups that have attacked it, referring to IS and Jabhat al-Nusra, al-Qaeda’s affiliate in Syria. The YPG also accused the Turkish authorities of distorting the facts.

Edvin Minassian, who is among the executives of the US-based Armenian Bar Association, told the weekly that the fact that the many members of the Armenian diaspora in the US work for the closure of charter schools run by Turkish people affiliated with the movement is a clear sign that the two groups are at odds with each other.

The director of the US-based Armenian National Committee of America (ANCA), Aram Hamparian, was also quoted by Agos as saying that members of the movement in the US openly and actively works against the policies of Armenian community in the US. He argued that members of the movement supports efforts by the Turkish government to “prevent a just and truth-based solution to the Armenian genocide issue” and siding with Baku in the Nagorno-Karabakh dispute.

Harut Sassounian, the publisher of The California Courier, an English-Language Armenian weekly based in Glendale, California, also termed Davutoğlu’s statements that members of the Gülen movement support the Armenian community in the US as “one of lies of Davutoğlu and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.”

Davutoğlu is again playing false-flag operation on Greece PM for tea meeting in Cyprus

September 16, 2014 By administrator

Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu has suggested that he and his Greek counterpart, Antonis Samaras, should meet for a spot of tea on both sides of Cyprus to find a solution to the divided island’s longstanding problems.

“If Mr. Greek Prime Minister [Samaras] is ready, we can first go to the southern [Greek] side of the island, drink tea together and have a chat. Then we can go to the northern side and again spend time together,” he said during his official visit to Turkish Cyprus after being elected, as visiting Cyprus as a first foreign destination is a tradition for presidents and Turkish prime ministers.

“The Mediterranean Sea has been the common sea for many civilizations,” Davutoğlu said in a joint press meeting with Turkish Cypriot President Derviş Eroğlu, calling on Samaras to jointly build peace there.

Turkey wanted to sit together with northern Cyprus, southern Cyprus and Greece to discuss how to develop peace in the region but this was not well-received, he said.

The latest talks started on Feb. 11 with a joint declaration by Greek and Turkish Cypriot leaders, as hydrocarbon discoveries seem like a game-changer that could bring the parties closer to a solution. Still, security, property rights, and power-sharing are still on the table.

Davutoğlu also urged Greek Cypriot President Nikos Anastasiadis to take action for peace as fast as possible. “I am calling on Mr. Anastasiadis,” he said. “Let’s make peace right now, not tomorrow but today, not next week but this week, not next year but this year. All delayed solutions are deepening the deadlock.”

Turkish Cyprus has reached democratic maturity in its 40-year struggle and 30-year experience as a state, Davutoğlu said.

An ongoing fresh water project is one indicator of Turkey’s support for northern Cyprus, he also said.
The Turkish Cypriot leader was scheduled to meet Anastasiadis for the first time since July 7. Davutoğlu noted that “his precious friend,” former Norwegian Foreign Minister Espen Barth Eide, would accompany them as a United Nations representative. “Thus, there lies an opportunity to make a nice start,” he said.

Eide, the new United Nations envoy for Cyprus, said earlier this month that he would unveil new ideas on nudging forward faltering talks aimed at reunifying the ethnically divided island.

Barth said talks had not gone as expected when the island’s rival leaders agreed on a joint declaration in February that inaugurated a fresh round of negotiations.

He said U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon wanted to see talks make headway so that the decades-old dispute could finally be resolved.

Before Davutoğlu, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan also visited the island after being elected on Aug. 10, pledging solidarity.

Is ISIL terrorist takeover of Mosul another Turkish false flag operation?

June 11, 2014 By administrator

To understand Turkish False-Flag operation, have a look at the map that Turkish schools book show until year 2012.

In addition to Bulgaria, the materials claim entire Armenia, some regions of Iraq, the Greek parts of Cyprus, and some regions in Georgia as Turkish territory,

Turkish-school-map

The turkish new paper hurriyet daily report: The fall of Mosul could revitalize an open wound in the collective memory of the Turkish state as well. The War of Independence, which brought the change of Turkey’s regime from a monarchy to republic in 1923, saw Iraq left under British mandate by an agreement on June 5, 1926, almost 88 years ago this week. The young republic lead by Mustafa Kemal Atatürk was intimidated by a Kurdish rebellion in 1925, which they suspected that it was manipulated by Britain, and Ankara – with all its resources exhausted by the war – could not risk another conflict. The “Mosul problem” has always been considered one of the sources of the chronic Kurdish problem by the Turkish establishment.

Syria false flag could have triggered WWIII: Analyst

April 8, 2014 By administrator

The United States was close to initiating World War III last year following a “false-flag” provocation over a deadly chemical attack in Syria, an analyst writes in a column for the Press TV 357711_Syria-chemicalwebsite.

Kevin Barrett’s analysis comes against the backdrop of revelations that last August’s al-Ghouta chemical weapons attack in Syria was a false flag provocation.

“The false flag operation at al-Ghouta failed…We avoided the wider Mideast war, and possible World War III that might have resulted had the al-Ghouta deception succeeded,” he wrote.

“In reality, the attack was conducted by the enemies of the Syrian government. It was designed to deceive the world into bombing Syria. And it almost worked,” the analyst said.

Barrett said a US-led invasion of Syria last year “could have killed millions” of people.

He described “false-flag plots” as “crimes against humanity”, saying impunity for the perpetrators of the al-Ghouta chemical attack is “a mockery of international law.”

“The culprits of al-Ghouta… must be prosecuted and punished, in order to put the fear of God into those who would consider perpetrating such deceptions in the future,” he wrote.

By the time of the attack, the US and some of its allies blamed Damascus for the chemical attack on Ghouta. However, the Syrian government strongly denied the accusation, saying the attack was carried out by the militants operating inside the country to draw in foreign intervention.

“Exposing false flag operations to the fullest possible extent could be the salvation of humanity; while failing to do so could sound the death knell of our species,” Barrett wrote.

Over 130,000 people have reportedly been killed and millions displaced due to the violence fueled by Western-backed militants in Syria.
