April 20, 2013 By administrator

Boston Terror: Don’t Let the Media Fool You … Again- Climb Up the Chain and Meet the Real Masterminds of Global Terror.
0419_ChechenTerrorHere we go again- Déjà vu. Out of the blue we have a ‘terror event,’ a couple of pop-terrorists, and a new buzz-word nation-Chechnya. There they go again: USA Media tales made-in-government: Muslims, terrorists, fanatics, freedom-haters … this time from another exotic-sounding land-Chechnya.

They are going to tell you about the new frontiers in the so-called Islamic Terror Cells: The Caucasus and Central Asia. They’ve been planning this for a long time. In fact, the plans were in motion as early as the mid-1990s. Since 2002, despite the gag orders and attacks, I have been talking about: Central Asia & the Caucasus. I have been talking about our operations-grooming our very own terrorists in that region. I have been talking about Chechnya. In fact, just recently, I talked and talked and talked about it on record:

Sibel Edmonds on Operation Gladio Part I, Part II, Part III, Part IV, Part V.

The government and its media will give you the tales. They will give you the roller-coaster-like spins. They will not give you what you need to know. Two years ago, we, at Boiling Frogs Post, provided you with the following article-analysis. Please read it: with the recent home-made terror incident and the new media buzz-word ‘Chechnya’, you need to arm yourself with facts.

Here are a few excerpts from my article on US-Chechen Joint Terror Operation published in November 2011: Read more ?

Kurds are easily fooled by the Turkish Secret Service “MIT”! By: Hamiit Qliji Berai

April 20, 2013 By administrator

Hamiit Qliji Berai — Ekurd.net

MIT (Turkish Secret Service) as Orchestra manager and Ocalan in the role of the protagonist. From 1978, through leftist’s slogans and an independent Kurdistan motto, they hunted (eliminated) the skilled characters of the both groups. The MIT led the efforts for an independent Kurdistan in the unsuitable and worst possible ways to make it proved impossible.

hamiitqlijiberai1Following the capturing “tragic-comedy” TV show of 1999, the MIT orchestrates “The End of the Beginning” an endless nonsense routine “We are today waking up to a new Turkey, a new Middle East and a new future. Today begins a new period. Now a door is opening to a process of democratic politics from the process of armed resistance. A process that is mostly political, social and economic is starting, an understanding that is based on democratic rights, freedoms and equality is developing.”

The Newroz 2013 message of A. Ocalan came after the performance of an intensive publicity campaign during1999-2013 to create support; the thick babble-books in the name of Ocalan concern the democratic politics.

It was in the 18th century when the western freemasonry made the intellectuals in the Turkish Islamic realms of Ottoman and Qajaria (what is now Iran) running after exactly that process of democratization in the message of Ocalan in 2013.

Now it is clear that the process of democratization from 18th century up to now 2013, has achieved many things except “democratic rights, freedoms and equality.”

Consequently, this MIT’s orchestra is The Beginning of the End.

US human rights report criticizes Turkey’s judicial system, notes progress on cultural rights

April 20, 2013 By administrator

The U.S. State Department has expressed criticism on the human rights situation in Turkey, while noting some progress, especially regarding cultural rights, in its annual report assessing human rights around the world released April 19.
n_45293_4The 2012 report details in 48 pages some of the cases that have recently caused debate. According to the report, the main problems that Turkey faces on the human rights agenda are deficiencies in access to justice and government interference with freedom of expression.

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said the administration had debated whether to postpone the release of the report due to the Boston bombings. “But we thought that, on the contrary, it’s a part of human rights to make clear that people have the right to run in a marathon without violence, and that people have a right to enjoy a holiday without terror, and that the rights of people are represented in many different ways,” he said, a day before traveling to Istanbul for the Friends of Syria core group meeting.

Kerry emphasized that the U.S. administration was committed to voicing its concerns on human rights about any country in the world. “These reports are thorough, they’re honest. And they need to be, because our policies are grounded in a clear-eyed assessment of governments as they are, not how they want to be or how they pretend to be,” he said.

The report stated that despite the legal reforms, “the judicial system was politicized and overburdened and authorities continued to engage in arbitrary arrests.” Similarly, the report emphasized that journalists and writers remained incarcerated on terror crimes, which resulted in self-censorship.

“Journalists, academics and writers … were afraid that criticizing the state or government publicly could result in civil or criminal suits or investigations, ” the report said, noting that political leaders, including the prime minister, had sued their critics for defamation. It also mentioned that many students had been charged under anti-terror laws for participating in legal demonstrations.

The report also found that the Turkish government had failed to protect “vulnerable populations” adequately, particularly LGBT individuals. Violence against women also remains a critical issue, despite progress made with a new domestic violence law, it said.

The report criticized the excessive force used by security forces during demonstrations, adding that the number of prosecutions regarding abuses by the security forces remained very low, despite some investigations.

Progress on cultural rights

However, the report did note some improvements that have occurred following the adoption of the third judicial package on July 2012. “Approximately 20,000 persons were released from jail because of Third Judicial Package reforms regarding releases pending trial or the redefinition of crimes,” it said.

It also emphasized progress made on cultural rights, particularly citing the conditions of the Roma community as well as the use of minorities’ mother tongues. “Sabro, the first Assyrian newspaper in Turkey, started a monthly publication in March. The Diyarbakır City Theater performed Shakespeare’s Hamlet in Kurdish in a tour around Turkey, most notably at the Ankara State Theater on Nov. 26 with the minister of culture in attendance,” the report stated.

No word from Turkey on hostages: Mansour (BEIRUT: Lebanon)

April 20, 2013 By administrator

April 20, 2013 11:17 AM
The Daily Star

BEIRUT: Lebanon has yet to receive positive information from Turkey on the nine Lebanese hostages being held by rebels in Syria, caretaker Foreign Minister Adnan Mansour said Saturday.

“[We have received] no positive information from the Turkish side so far,” Mansour told a local radio station.

“Turkey is not the country linked directly to the kidnapping and it maintains good ties with us,” Mansour added.

Relatives of the hostages have stepped action against Turkish interests in Lebanon in recent days, arguing that Turkey, a major backer of the Syrian Opposition, can help in securing the release of their loved ones.

This week the families held protests near the Turkish Airlines offices in Beirut and threatened to escalate their actions if the state did not put pressure Ankara.

The hostages were captured by Syrian rebels in Aleppo last May on their way back from a religious pilgrimage to Iran.

April 20, 2013 By administrator

international terrorists and members of radical groups of Afghanistan (Gulbuddin Hekmatyar group), Turkey (“Grey Wolves”) Chechnya (Basayev and Raduev)

Another citizen of Azerbaijan is included in the wanted list of Interpol. The Azerbaijani news agency “Trend” reports it, referring to the official website of Interpol.
Mushvig Bayramov wanted by the police is 38-year-old and is born on 29 August 1974 in the village of Eyvazli, in Fizuli region. Bayramov is accused of terrorism, in creation of illegal armed groups and participation in their activities, in supplying them by arms, ammunition and explosives.
In recent years a number of people from Azerbaijan were killed in Syria while fighting against government forces. According to Turkish sites about 30 Azerbaijani terrorists have been killed in Syria.

In general, the links between international terrorist groups and Azerbaijan originated in the early 1990s. Then the Azerbaijani army, having failed in the aggression against Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR), retreated, suffering losses. Trying to salvage the situation, the Azerbaijani leadership, headed by Heydar Aliyev attracted to the war against the Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh international terrorists and members of radical groups of Afghanistan (Gulbuddin Hekmatyar group), Turkey (“Grey Wolves”, etc.), Chechnya (groupings Basayev and Raduev etc.) and of some other regions.

Despite the involvement in the war in Azerbaijani army of thousands of foreign mercenaries and terrorists, the Azerbaijani aggression against Nagorno-Karabakh Republic failed and authorities of Baku were forced to sign an armistice with the representatives of the NKR and Armenia. However, the international terrorists found necessary links in Azerbaijan and used them in the future. Recruitment was conducted among the Azerbaijanis, who then were sent to Afghanistan and the North Caucasus, where they participated in battles against the forces of the international coalition and the Russian structures.

In recent years, the citizens of Azerbaijan are actively involved in terrorist and extremist activities in Russia, Afghanistan and Syria. In Azerbaijan the citizens of this Republic, are attracted to criminal liability for participating in “illegal armed formations” in Afghanistan and are sentenced to negligible terms of imprisonment.

Armenian Genocide victims commemorated in LA

April 20, 2013 By administrator

To mark the 98th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide, the Armenian Council of America (ACA) participated in the City of Los Angeles’ annual Armenian Genocide Commemoration ceremony held at the Los Angeles City Council Chamber on April 19.

Armenian Genocide in LAThe commemoration was led by Councilmember Paul Krekorian and former City Council President Eric Garcetti, recognizing Rose Garjian, a 104 year old Genocide survivor, honoring Ararat Home for its immeasurable contributions to the Armenian-American elderly community, as well as honoring the AGBU Generation Next program for transforming the lives of Armenian-American youth.

Councilmember Krekorian expressed the difficulty in grasping the magnitude of Genocide – a Genocide in a tiny nation to have lost one and a half million Armenian men, women and children. To put it into perspective, he asked everyone to remember what they felt on September 11th when thousands of victims were lost to a horrible act of terror, and to imagine if that terror was experienced every day for an entire year. “It is very important for all of us to recognize and condemn man’s inhumanity towards man,” Krekorian said.

“As the Councilmember representing Little Armenia, who has traveled to Yerevan to make us sister cities, I’m deeply aware of the lasting impact of the Genocide,” Councilmember Eric Garcetti said. “It’s important that the Genocide is never forgotten–that is the best way to ensure that tragic chapter in history is never repeated.”

In previous years the City Council has honored Emmy nominated filmmaker Dr. J. Michael Hagopian, and world-renowned scholar, Professor Richard G. Hovannisian.

The Armenian Council of America is dedicated to educating the Armenian-American community in local political affairs, as well as actively pursuing Armenian-American participation in their respective local governments, to support political candidates who share the values of the Armenian American community.

U.S. organizations urge Coca-Cola to sever ties with genocide denial group, (the Turkish Anti Armenian Genocide ATAA)

April 20, 2013 By administrator

April 19, 2013 – 21:22 AMT

Genocide-executed-ArmenianAmerica’s leading genocide prevention groups this week called upon Coca-Cola and Citigroup to suspend their participation in a conference hosted by an organization waging a public campaign that supports the Turkish government’s denial of the Armenian Genocide, the Ottoman Turkish Government’s centrally planned and systematically executed mass murder of Christian Armenians.

In letters sent to the boards of directors of Citigroup and Coca-Cola, United to End Genocide, Investors Against Genocide, Genocide Watch, Massachusetts Coalition to Save Darfur, Jewish World Watch, and the Armenian National Committee of America all called upon these two corporations to sever any ties with organizations, such as the Assembly of Turkish American Associations (ATAA), that actively deny the Armenian Genocide. Citigroup and Coca-Cola are ranked by Fortune magazine as the 20th and 59th largest American corporations, respectively.

Both firms are scheduled to be represented at the ATAA’s convention, being held in Washington, DC starting on April 25, the day after the worldwide commemoration of the Armenian Genocide. Speaking on behalf of Coca-Cola will be its Chairman, Muhtar Kent; representing Citigroup will be its Senior Vice President for International Government Affairs, Charles R. Johnston. The signatories of the letter asked both corporations to withdraw their speakers from the conference, and, failing that, to publicly clarify that any participation by the officials is in a personal capacity.

Also scheduled to speak at the ATAA conference, over the publicly voiced objections of the ANCA, is the U.S. Ambassador to Turkey, Francis Ricciardone. The Obama Administration has yet to confirm that any of its representatives will participate in the annual Capitol Hill Commemoration of the Armenian Genocide, to be hosted by the Congressional Armenian Caucus on April 24th at the Hart Senate Office Building, Room 902, reported Armenian National Committee of America (ANCA).
