Ex-speaker of the Slovak National Council František Mikloško is happy to monitor the parliamentary elections in the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) and sure that free, democratic and transparent elections are taking place in the country.

“We in Slovakia always remember that Artsakh is a stronghold of European and Christian values in that region and needs our deep respect and support. So we are beside Artsakh and its wonderful people now and forever,” Mr Mikloško told Tert.am.
