Onnik Jamgocyan is one of the best specialists in Ottoman Turkey. His first book “Bankers Sultans” is being edited in Turkish in Turkey. Born in Istanbul in 1955, Onnik Jamgocyan is Doctor in History from the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne (1988), authorized to supervise research by the School of Higher Studies in Social Sciences (2011), he studied history Ottoman.
