“Speaker of Syrian People’s Assembly Mohammad Jihad al-Laham has confirmed that there are Azerbaijani mercenaries among the armed rebels who penetrated into Syria,” member of Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) parliamentary faction Samvel Farmanyan wrote on his Facebook page.
