A group of students of Yerevan State University (YSU) held a protest in front of the OSCE office in Yerevan, demanding condemnation of Azerbaijan’s actions – the provocation on the Berd-Ijevan highway on October 22.
Chairman of the YSU Student Council Raffi Karamyan read out the letter and handed it over to an OSCE office staffer.
International structures ignoring Azerbaijan’s aggression has caused the death of one more Armenian soldier. The YSU Student Council condemns the Azerbaijani authorities’ provocation and the OSCE’s strange silence.
“We, YSU students, will keep on demanding condemnation of Azerbaijan’s actions. YSU students are ready to defense their homeland,” the letter reads.
The aim is to put an end to ceasefire violations by Azerbaijan, Mr Karamyan told journalists. “We, Armenian citizens, are protesting against such actions and demand that the OSCE take steps to resolve the problem,” he said.
