Argentine football club Deportivo Armenio will play in Turkey in a special uniform dedicated to the Armenian Genocide centenary, sports.ru reports.

The footballers will play the upcoming matches in black shirts with the inscription ‘I Remember and Demand.’

It is also noted that on the 95th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide in 2010, the club’s players were wearing the Armenian national team uniforms.

Deportivo Armenio was founded in 1962 by the Armenian community of Buenos Aires.
