YEREVAN. – The case of murder and decapitation of the body of Armenian soldier Kyaram Sloyan has been registered by the European Court of Human Rights, chairman of Yezidi “Sinjar” NGO Boris Murazi told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
The applicants – the Sloyan family, “sinjar” NGO and “Protection of Rights without Borders” NGO – demand to recognize the acts a war crime.
During Azerbaijan’s aggression against Nagorno-Karabakh in early April soldier Kyaram Sloyan was killed and beheaded. Photos of murderers with their “trophy” – Kyaram’s head – appeared on the web.
