Jean-Claude Junker, President of the European Commission, has addressed the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe on Tuesday in Strasbourg, calling upon the country to end the policy of aggression against Armenia.
”Azerbaijani delegate Pashaeva asked a question on Azeri IDPs and NK conflict. President of the European Commission was very short and clear ‘One thing that I can say to Azerbaijan is STOP SHOOTING, STOP FIGHTING’ followed by appluads by the Assembly members!!!!,’”  Samvel Farmanyan a member of the Armenian Delegation to the PACE and a co-chair of the Armenia-EU Parliamentary Cooperation Committee, says in a post on Facebook
