The 2nd President of the Republic of Armenia Robert Kocharyan was summoned for questioning on the criminal case on the events that took place in Yerevan from 1 March to 2 March 2008. a notification was sent to him. This is a reliable source for the law enforcement system, Armenpress reports.
Earlier, the Special Investigative Service issued a statement that on July 3, 2018 a decision was made to involve Armenia’s former Defense Minister, Colonel General Mikael Harutyunyan as part of Article 1 of the Article 300.1 of the RA Criminal Code, he overthrows the constitutional order by prior agreement with other persons. Harutyunyan was declared as a wanted person, and a petition was filed with the court for applying arrest as a measure of restraint against him.

YEREVAN. – Charges have been brought against Grigor Barseghyan, former head of the Production and Technical Department, and Ashot Grigoryan, head of department at the Ministry of Defense (MOD) of Armenia.
