Russian president Vladimir Putin and the leaders of Crimea signed a draft agreement on recognition as part of the Russian Federation.

In his speech Putin said that 92% of Russian citizens support including Crimea and the city of Sevastopol into Russia.

The treaty is expected to be ratified by Russian parliament on Tuesday, RIA Novosti reported.
