Frank Engel, a Luxembourgish politician and member of the European Parliament from Luxembourg married an Armenian woman Tatev Manukyan. The wedding ceremony was held today at Khor Virap Monastery, located in the Ararat plain in Armenia, near the closed border with Turkey.
The pair was married by the director of Information Services Department of the Mother See Echmiadzin Rev. Fr. Vahram Melikyan, while deputy defense minister Artak Zakaryan became a godfather.
