Azerbaijan is discrediting itself before the international community by committing acts of sabotage.
It is also suffering losses, Armenia’s ex-minister of defense Vahan Shirkhanyan told reporters on Tuesday. report tert.am
Speaking of the border tension, he said that no one can rule out war. But Armenia is adequately retaliating against Azerbaijan’s attacks.
The tension will end after the results of the war are officially recorded at the political and diplomatic level, and a relevant agreement is signed with Azerbaijan, under which it would recognize Nagorno-Karabakh.
“We have nothing to concede. We should keep what we have and we’ll win. Azerbaijan does not get anything from its attacks, but disgrace and losses,” he said.
Azerbaijan is trying to do what it is actually unable to – getting Nagorno-Karabakh back. And it is external forces, Turkey, first of all, that are inciting it.
“Turkey is sparing no effort to divert international attention from the Armenian Genocide centennial,” Mr Shirkhanyan said.
