On Tuesday, December 10, the world marks Human Rights Day.
In 1948, the UN General Assembly adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which includes a wide range of political, economic, civil, and social rights.
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights has received a certificate from the Guinness Book of Records as the most translated document in the world, since it is translated into 380 languages and dialects.
Human Rights Day was first observed in 1950.
On the occasion of Human Rights Day, several events will be held Tuesday in Armenia.
In addition, and ever since 2008, the opposition Armenian National Congress carries out a march on Human Rights Day.
