Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s spokesperson says that the Armenian premier and Russian President Vladimir Putin have discussed the Armenian leader’s recent statement on the Russian-made Iskander missile systems, among other issues during their latest phone conversation.
“As a result of combining the existing facts and data, the Prime Minister of Armenia concluded that he hadn’t been briefed correctly regarding this situation. Moreover, the Prime Minister’s statement doesn’t have anything to do with the content and quality of the Armenian-Russian allied relations in the military and military-industrial cooperation sector. There is no doubt that Russian weapons are one of the best in the world. The Republic of Armenia continues closely cooperating with the Russian Federation in the military industry and high-tech sectors, and intends to take steps to deepen it even more,” Pashinyan’s spokesperson, Mane Gevorgyan, told Armenpress.
1) Who says that Armenia is free to use various of the most powerful Russian weapons to defend itself and Artsakh?
2) Does Armenia need Russian permission to use such weapons? We don’t know.
3) Is there software within some of these weapons that Russia can trigger at a distance and that would disable such weapons? We don’t know.
4) Why in the lead-up to the war did Russia say and do nothing when Turkey flew America F-16s and terrorists into Azerbaijan — particularly when Russia complains about American personnel and weapons in Georgia?
5) Why does Russia consider pro-terrorist, pan-Turkic Azerbaijan to be a “strategic partner” when Azerbaijan has invited in American military aid and terrorists and many billions in Western investment when at the same time Azerbaijan has major gas and oil pipelines which deliberately by bypass Russia?
If Putin did not like Pashinyan, is that a good reason to punish Armenia, Artsakh, and Armenians in general?
Why has Russia betrayed Armenians and shown itself to be vindicative?
Answer: Because Russia is a back-stabber and unreliable and has no idea what it’s doing.
