The Azerbaijani armed forces opened fire on the night of September 16 in the direction of the 3rd Army Corps of the Armenian Ministry of Defense, not the Koti village of Tavush region. On September 14, the Azerbaijani armed forces fired at Chinari village of Tavush province. Speaking to Armenpress, the head of the Chinari community Samvel Saghoyan said that on September 14, the tens of thousands of people were fired at the posts and then fired at the village for about an hour.
