Some corrupt officials thought the situation at the National Security Service is mixed up and they can solve their problems in this period. This is what Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan wrote on his Facebook page, expressing certainty that the National Security Service will go after all corrupt officials anyway.
“In the new Armenia, the National Security Service is not a person. It is a system and will be after all current and former corrupt officials, spies and other elements of this category. The same goes for the Investigative Committee, the Special Investigation Service, the Prosecutor General’s Office, the Police and the Investigation Department of the State Revenue Committee.
There will be a full-fledged fight against corruption and crimes.
Those who have stolen and are stealing from the people will be imprisoned. I understand that this doesn’t sound good, but there is no other option,” he wrote.

Corruption in Armenia comes from Soviet era DNA and it will take minimum of two generations, after the Velvet Revolution, to contain it. It can not completely be eradicated but it can be contained. PM Pashinyan is on the right path to do that. We all should support him and allow time to to do his job.

I can hardly believe that every one is or was corrupt.. The whole thing looks like political move.
If the present authorities in Yerevan truly looks forward to strengthen Armenia and provide a better life to the Armenians then join hands with Diaspora Armenians. Provide them with passports without any condition thus helping them to help.
